How to return an item?
Check Condition
Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all components and manuals.
Contact Support
Send an email to returns@smartkidx.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Ship Back
Once approved, ship the item back to our hub using a tracked courier service.
Get Refund
After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (Invoice) is required.
- Software or digital download keys cannot be returned.
- Clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
